Caustic Soda Flakes or High-purity Sodium Hydroxide Flakes, 98–99% NaOH — exported from Gujarat to soap, textile, paper, alumina and water-treatment buyers across Africa, the GCC and Asia. UN-approved packing, full IMDG documentation, COA every shipment.
Caustic Soda Flakes are the solid, white, translucent flake form of sodium hydroxide — a strong industrial base. Produced by the membrane electrolysis route and dried into flakes, the product dissolves readily in water with an exothermic reaction. It is one of the most widely used alkalis in soap and detergent manufacture, textile mercerising, pulp and paper, alumina refining and chemical processing.

Caustic Soda is a Class 8 corrosive solid — handle with full PPE and correct DG documentation.
SNJ Exim ships UN-marked Caustic Soda Flakes (NaOH 98–99%) in full-container loads from Ankleshwar, Gujarat to soap, textile and paper producers across three regions.
We regularly export Caustic Soda Flakes to soap, textile, paper and alumina producers in Kenya, Nigeria, Tanzania and Ethiopia (East & West Africa); the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Oman (GCC); and Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Vietnam (South & Southeast Asia), alongside Egypt and South Africa. As UN 1823 / IMDG Class 8 cargo, every container leaves Gujarat with full dangerous-goods paperwork — Bill of Lading, third-party Certificate of Analysis, Certificate of Origin, GHS Safety Data Sheet, UN-marked packing certificate and the IMDG DG declaration — so your port clearance is covered on arrival.
